A Client Services Representative will register your account and forward a copy of our HIPAA agreement and Service Level Agreement for your electronic signature. Once returned, you’ll receive an installation link for WebChartMD, and our Client Services team will call to schedule your training session.
Training is a breeze. Care Providers learn to use the Olympus recorder in about five minutes. Office staff training in the use of WebChartMD takes 15 minutes, and transcriptionist training takes about 30 minutes.
